Cuts close to BindCraft's default filter. Remember these computed metrics are closer to a binary bound/unbound filter than an affinity measure.

Why the default is Skip: it is routine for an imported CSV to be missing a particular metric. Cutting every design over a metric nobody measured would make this tool useless. Skipped criteria show up in the results as "Not measured".
